One of the best things you can do with plasticity is use profiles and a line to carve out profile along the line.
Even just adding flat sketch profiles for things like aluminum extrusions, dovetails and joints, etc, would speed up workflows. This could be as simple as importing an svg that is converted to a profile line and stored as a type of asset in your asset library.
This would be a huge improvement. Like if I want to slide on a piece of 2020 extrusion through a part exactly I would have to fiddle with getting the profile right instead of being able to import a simple line with about 20 joints.

Some type of built-in asset library would be very useful. If this gets done, it would be great if the assets had an origin so once you selected it from the library you would basically be using the place command immediately.

Full Library support for reusable components, with custom property constraints, would be epic. And of course, nested components with the ability to selectively expose nested components' properties.

+1 i also use Plasticity for 3d printing and making bolts and nuts that works when printed takes a long time to make, and often have to spend hours to print and then reprint when it doesn't work.

Instanced copies of 3d models, for example screws, bolts, nuts, etc.

It would be great if screws, bolts, and nuts were editable primitives so that changes can be made easily. I'm using Plasticity for 3d printing and making adjustments to screws/nuts feels more labor-intensive than it needs to be. If I need to tweak the threads I usually have to recreate them. Making the object editable like in TinkerCad would be great.

Kevin Snyder McMaster has an entire website with 3D models that you can download. https://www.mcmaster.com/

Joseph Brancik Thanks for the link. I would still like to see generators added so I can make my own screws instead of having to make them from scratch each time or download premade versions.

Asset browser like Blender, UE + Standart Parts library from CAD + Component Class like instance in 3D MAX (MAYA etc) or Part in CAD Assemble.

The program is a minimum so that you can compose your own kitbash palettes in plasticity, and then you can load models into the palette even from disk

You can make such a service.
Make free basic sets - the most popular (bolts, basic parts, etc.)
Make a basic kitbash palette.
Users can
Assemble your palettes with kitbash parts from both your own parts and parts from the catalog.
They will be able to
Add models for free use with the necessary tags.
And make parts for sale - send part of the funds from the purchase to support the service and the project - this way you can further monetize the project
The main thing is that it is not just a plugin, but comes as officially from the developer and is integrated into the program.
