Material to solids is nice but limited function. Being able to give materials to individual faces would open the door to a lot of possibilities. For example the image below. instead of making 4 solids it can be only one solid with different materials to different faces.

It is now standard in many design programs to set and change the surface color... I hope that “Plasticity” will also follow this trend...!!

Fingers crossed! I've been working on an engine to sideload models into a game and this would make life much easier.

This gets my vote. I used this feature all the time in Designspark and am really missing it. For example, to create this connector in Plasticity, it would need to be made from seven solids instead of one, with coloured faces.

This would also open the possibility of supporting importing and exporting step files in color, which is a feature i personally miss.
