Disabling/locking of viewport rotation when working on a construction plane.
Tom Lai
Pressing Spacebar doesn't solve this for you? Incase the plane is rotated?
Ladislav Škuta
Tom Lai yes, the spacebar helps, but it is boring when the view is accidentaly rotated, what can easy happen. Locking the construction plane will help to work in "2D" (conceptual sections, etc...) to create wireframe geometry.
Gregory Smith
I would say yes to this with the caveat that you could still switch to corresponding orthographic views relative to the established construction plane. Say if the construction plane is established as the top view, you could switch to side and front views relative to the construction plane. MoI3D does this with its work plane and has been pretty vital to my workflow.
