it would be great to have an option to make the Outliner floating or dockable anywhere.

For users working on ultrawide screens (like myself), having it fixed on the far left causes neck strain after long modeling sessions.

At the moment, I often work using only half of my screen to keep the Outliner closer to the center, which is quite limiting and honestly disappointing given the available screen space.

A floating or freely dockable Outliner would be a huge ergonomics improvement for ultrawide workflows.
