outliner column is hard to read

I appreciate the sophisticated the look is being a retired designer< I would have done the same but with older vision the blk and grey is hard to read, how about giving the oprion to colorize the items in outliner to soot ones needs.

I second that, also would need a « highlight part in outliner » from a right click on the 3D when working with imported, large model assemblies.

Mat there is such functionality. Select an object - hover the mouse over the outliner and press "/" on a numpad

indeed the highlighted is too subtle now that it's not noticeable esp. when viewing at certain distance from the monitor not to mention other factors like lighting influence or setups in the room.
