Add an option to set pivot orientation based on any edge, face, or curve in the scene — independently from the pivot position.
Currently, the "Pivot" (V) option allows you to choose the pivot position, but it automatically assigns an arbitrary orientation based on one of the adjacent elements.
Only available switching to "World" orientation.
To set a specific pivot orientation you have to either create a helper object or use construction planes — both of which are time-consuming and sometimes it doesn't work.
