I disabled SmartCommand by default, but still sometimes it was convenient to activate this action by hotkey 'ctrl-shift-mouse2'.

This in practice turned out to be handy to do it by pressing the one hotkey. This reduces memorizing 4-5 hotkeys at once, down to one “smart” command.
