The current STEP import fails completely if it hits a single surface or edge error. Could we modify this so that the import continues even if errors are found? Ideally, the software should just skip or delete the problematic surfaces rather than deleting the entire model

Can you share a model that is failing?

I am working as a industrial designer in the industry. And i often get Complex engineering Models from Engineers. Plasticity developed to be my go to tool for most Tasks. (Alias ist to expensive and on many tasks already far behind Plasticity). But every third complex model is failing (even if Plasticity previews it for a short moment in the viewport).I have to use rhino for the Import. Iam sry but i cant share engineering data.
