It's odd that there is no option to create a tangent arc. Most CAD tools allow sketching of an arc starting at the endpoint of another curve while maintaining tangency. It's certainly possible to construct arcs which are tangent using the other tools, but it's not as convenient.

Some tools (Solidworks and Onshape at least) have a mode where you draw a line and then if you back up to the last point, it auto-switches to tangent arc mode. Similarly, when you're in tangent arc mode, backing up to the last point will switch to line mode.

At the very least we need a dedicated tangent arc tool.
