I find the display of position coordinates in the bottom right corner extremely useful, however in my seventies I do have trouble reading them on my laptop screen. I understand that a change of font size would be detrimental across the UI, however a small mouse over window could show this info in a much larger size. The feature could be set on/off in preferences and apply to anywhere on the screen which displays information.
