UI Revamp to remove side bars

Right now, the UI is a mix between modern on-screen buttons such as the Perspective/Orthographic, Matcap, Line, Spline etc, and very odd empty panels on both sides.
Using what's done in Fusion360 and C4D, I propose the following UI Revamp, which includes everything directly on screen without losing functionalities, more in line with the "easy to use" feeling given by Plasticity's branding.

I admin I have weird monitor setup (one horizontal + 2 verticals) and I usually model on those vertical (basically window is dragged across), I would prefer to be able to detach side panel or make them floatable, so I can have one screen for model and rest of the things somewhere else.

Agreed with Gnougnou.
One potential issue : moving such important things to the top location would also require a revamp of the behavior of these top buttons, are they are currently responding very oddly to mouse inputs.
