Solidworks has a pretty good system for showing all the possible commands or just the ones which have hotkeys assigned. It also allows for filtering by category. You can print a list to create your own cheat sheet. If you try to assign a key that's already been assigned, it gives you a message and will reassign to the new command.

in general good idea. i would prefer to have hotkey section in settings menu instead of commander and also options to search for either a shortcut or the command name itself. similar as what we have in blender. highlighting duplicate hotkeys somehow is a good idea nonetheless.

I was thinking, someone might have a red design theme and that would make it not quite clear. So here's another example

Alexey Abdulin: This would be helpful, but in real life the conflicting commands would probably be very far apart on the list. When I enter a hotkey that conflicts with an existing one, ideally Plasticitity would let me know which command is using the key, and give me the option to remove the key from the other command.
As a nice touch, the UI could even highlight that other command temporarily so I can find it easily to assign a new key.
But this would all be more comfortable in a dedicated preference panel rather than in this command palette.
