Snap to OBJ Meshes
Currently imported OBJ meshes don't have any snap points. It would be amazing if we could get snap points for: vertex, edge, face, and centerpoints. This would make it much easier to work with reference meshes made in other software.

STEP export - maintain folder structure
At the moment, the folder structure is not taken into account when exporting, which in turn leads to a lot of extra work in the subsequent steps of the other programs (e.g. KeyShot).

absolute operations (move, scale, fillet radius etc.)
Currently one can only do relative changes - operations like move, scale or radius change for fillets always start at 0 and the value gets smaller/bigger by going below/above 0. In many sitations it would be helpful if we could directly type in the absolute target dimension - like the new length of line, radius of a fillet etc. So we don't have to remember the dimensions of these features and do the math in the head for precise changes.

Setting document units
I would love to have the option to switch on units since I work mostly at real world scale. I UNDERSTAND that 1 unit is 1m (generally speaking) and that it is simply a matter of conversion. But I would love to be able to set the document to mm and see how many mm the radius of my fillet is right now for example. Or when setting up the grid snaps. That's something I can actually work in my head with. Having to count the zeros after the dot is simply too abstract for me. Using one unit as one mm would be theoretically an option but this would scale objects to such extend that it gets weird (since it's supposed to be 1m as I understand). So just adding the mm or cm or m after the numbers would make my life easier. I understand some people don't care about units and it could still be the standard, but I wish there was a toggle to enable units and set standard document unit.

Quite important feature which right now not present. Point of tool: you can create a surface using curve and surface edges not just curves

Trackball style orbiting

Convert Subdivisions Surfaces to NURBS
As an alternative to use curves and lofts, It could be useful to create more "organic" surfaces with SDS first, and then convert to nurbs (and viceversa)

Measurement tools or dimension
It would be crucial for me to have these measurement functions in plasticity, at the moment I am forced to export the model to other software to create informative technical material with dimensions and measurements
